There was a taping on Sunday of Idol Gives Back, and apparently the crowds went apeshit over some dude named Brad Pitt.  I've heard he's got a bunch of kids, and that his girlfriend is pregnant with twins.  Word is that this Pitt fella?  Makes the girls swoon.

The show, which was taped at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood and airs on Wednesday, raised more than $75 million last year for charities worldwide.  Pitt, whose efforts to rebuild New Orleans were recognized on the show, introduced former Idol contestant Chris Daughtry's band and inspired Robin Williams to joke, "I want Brad and Angelina to adopt me."

Sounds like this Brad Pitt guy might just make it in Hollywood someday.
