Joel Turns 29, Gets A Latte; Harlow Turns Two Months, Gets Left At Home

Joel Madden turned 29 today. Nicole Richie helped him celebrate by making him take her Starbukcs and buy her a latte.

Their baby girl, Harlow Madden, who turned two months old today, was nowhere to be seen. Which seems to be the norm now. She's only seen with her parents if somebody paid a million dollars for the photo rights. Otherwise, she's with the nanny. Can't have those babies slowing you down on Starbuck's runs!
