Scott Weiland's been busted for DUI. Again.

According to TMZ: The Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver singer was driving on an L.A. highway around 6:15 PM on November 21 when he crashed his car. While the California Highway Patrol was investigating the non-injury wreck, they noticed Weiland appeared to be impaired... According to the police report, Weiland failed sobriety tests and refused to take a blood or urine test. He was booked for "driving under the influence of a drug. " He was released on $40,000 bail and will be back in court on December 13.

Wow, and I, like, totally believed him when he said that he was just a homespun family guy whose family life was 'just like the Cleavers.' Yeah, ha. This guy's been busted for crack possession and domestic violence and multiple DUI's. The Weilands probably have mugshots on the mantle instead of Sears Portraits. So a little bust-up on the highway and a failed sobriety test are probably nothin' to Scott.

Still, sucks. Hardly a good start to the holidays. Not as bad as death rumors, but not cheery. All the Weiland kids are gonna want for Christmas is for Daddy to get probation.
