Heath Ledger is Not Singing or Dancing in the Rain

Heath Ledger has a statement to make.  I'm not sure it has to do with fashion, although kudos on color coordinating the shoes and gloves with the umbrella.  Kind of.

I think his pants got wet.  They look like they've shrunk.
