Yes, she is still pregnant and did not go into labor, as this picture from Oct. 8, 2007, clearly shows.
On the other hand, I suppose it could have been true and she's just found a creative way to carry home a pumpkin. Everyone is doing it.
At least she looks happy. In fact, I don't think I've seen a happier looking pregnant woman since her good friend Naomi Watts. Just a big, blinding glow of bliss. Take it in and enjoy.
