• Jennifer Lopez and the British Royal Pram

  Will somebody please tell Jennifer Lopez she's not a real princess? The new issue of People Magazine has the pictures of J-Lo and her new family, and among the pictures is a shot of the two $3,000 prams ("pram" is fancy English word for stroller) that she's supposedly wheeling her kids around in. • Droolworthy: Lilly Gold Sit 'n' Stroll Does it All

  Lilly Gold is known for products that do double- and even triple-duty; their Sit 'n' Stroll ($229.95 on the manufacturer's website) arguably goes beyond to encompassing even more functions, and all at a price point well below what you could spend on just a stroller. It's a car seat -- suitable for children 5 to 40 pounds, use forward or rear-facing --  with stroller parts that easily release to convert and make you mobile in a flash. It's also FAA certified for use on airplanes, and given its ultra-portability would work just fine as a dining booster as well. If you do a lot of traveling, this is the contraption for you. • Phil and Ted's Excellent Stroller

  I'll admit it, I live in the suburbs, where stroller size is not a huge concern, if it fits in the trunk of your car you are good to go.   But when I was in the big scary city a few months ago I saw this stroller add-on for the first time.  I punched my husband in the arm saying, "They have their baby in the STORAGE BASKET!" But after I saw more and more of this design I realized just how ingenious it was.  Sometimes you don't need two seats, who wants to lug a huge double stroller around.  Phil and Ted's Sport Buggy Stroller  ($399) is made with a lightweight alloy frame that folds virtually flat.   Worrell's Wiegen wants to "wake up" the stroller industry with their innovative neoprene stretcher system concept stroller. Worrell sent me a press release + photos. Here's an excerpt:"The Wiegen’s most innovative attribute is its unique “stretcher system.” This system consists of two parts: a neoprene shroud which a lightweight aluminum frame and Polypropylene stretcher support, and a baby sling with five-point harness (designed specifically for an age range of infant to 12 months)."
