
I'd posted a while back about the apparent positive increase in family-friendly games for the Xbox 360, but in an official release last night, Microsoft confirmed that it's embracing families in the console wars, as well. The rebranded 360, now in Arcade edition, hit stores today at a Wii-clobbering $279.99 MSRP, complete with a wireless controller and hi-def cable, as well as five popular family-friendly games -- Uno, Feeding Frenzy, Luxor 2, Boom Boom Rocket, and Pac-Man Championship Edition -- and 256 MB worth of storage.
