Kate Gosselin, the papparazzi’s new preferred prey, was spotted on vacation in Bald Held Island in North Carolina over the weekend - without her husband Jon, who was at Barney’s COOP dropping two grand on clothes. Kate, who’s has a hand sanitizer addiction, helped daughter Hannah apply some germ killer to her hands. Hannah was dressed for vacation in a Smocked Flutter Sleeve Dress by Gymboree.
