I'm here to put an end to the mystery of the endless layers of tulle in your little girl's tutu.

"I offered some advice and some condensed instructions and answered a few questions," Kerri says. "Next thing I know, I start receiving e-mail after e-mail with questions from women needing instruction or advice about making the skirts."

You need at least a basic grasp on crafting to get through this one, but she breaks it all down for you - from the type of thread to buy to the type of fabric (chiffon, she explains much softer on their little kid skin than tulle, by the way - see, just why we need her!).
