
The Easter Bunny has a pretty gigantic footprint, and we're looking for ways to leave a lighter footprint of our own this holiday. One easy way to go green this Easter is by dyeing your eggs with hues found in nature, under the inspired instruction of craft guru Martha Stewart. Beets, red cabbage, coffee and spinach will all cast a colorful spectrum across your eggs. They'll be a bit more subtle to find in the Easter egg hunt, (than say a fluorescent orange, purple striped counterpart), but knowing you can compost most of the ingredients used in your egg dyeing endeavor will be the real, golden prize.
