The Guitar by Make Believe Company: No Strings Attached

Posted by Aaron Burgess

Forget those plasticized Rock Band controllers -- if you've got budding air guitarists in the home, The Guitar by Make Believe Company is the closest thing to the real thing you could put in their fretting hands.

Cut from a solid piece of ethically harvested ash wood, and varnished with a non-toxic, hand-rubbed satin finish, The Guitar (which, like a real collector's ax, is dated and numbered) also includes one of three colored straps -- white, blue or green -- that can be adjusted to fit kids ages 3 and up. The only drawback: It's not that much less expensive than a real starter-priced kids' guitar.

$85 from fawn&forest.
