Sometimes you have to take a break from all the newfangled kids websites and go back to basics. For me, that means going back to Lands' End. My parents always had a catalog or two in the house, but I always regarded those catalogs--and what was inside--as boring. But I'm happy to report that the retailer has develolped a sense of fun. Case in point: The kids swim fins in either mermaid or shark styles (on sale for $25). As the water-logged kid that I was, I would have been thrilled to have a set of fins. They are good for shoe sizes 1-7, up to age 12, and the stap is adjustable.
