The Sunsafe baby suit in the basic blue and white ($42) is has pleasant nautical hints and easy zipper and snap openings. Best of all, and the reason you'd spend the $42 on it, it filters 97.5% of the UVA and UVB rays. I'm not responsible if you decide to go with the company's floral print below, though. Ick!
