Mr. Big and Full-Body Sweet Potato Armor

Posted by Meredith Broussard

This is not just a gratuitous photo of Chris Noth because I've had him on the brain and I want to see the Sex & The City movie.

This is here because when my kid was learning to eat, I used to dream of a device that would cover him from neck to wrist and down past his lap to his toes. Chris Noth, in this photo, represents most of my dreams come true.

I've seen long-sleeved bibs before, but this is the first time I've seen a bib that covers baby from neck to ankles. The Bib-a-roo full body bib comes in pink and blue skull prints as well as a variety of wild kid-friendly prints.

I like to imagine that if I had had this bib, my kid wouldn't have ended up sweet potato stains on his clothes. Heck, I suppose I could use one of these myself most days!

What's with the skull patterns on baby/kids clothes?  Is it just me, or has what used to be "cool" and "edgy" in children's clothing become overused and boring?

I would have to agree, Melissa...It was cute for a while, but I've been over it for years now and I am really NOT very fashion minded.
