It's official. I am over winter, which means I'm starting to obsess over spring fashion. California's Style Kid has just released a new slew of spring clothing options, several from the retrolicious Hula Mula (sister company to Knuckleheads). The line's polka-dot dress ($34) says spring in all the right ways, especially when paired with the knee-length bloomers ($28).
