You'd certainly never stick your baby's crib outdoors so you can catch some peace and quiet (and if you would, best just to keep that one to yourself), but for those days when the kids are playing outdoors and you need a few minutes to get chores done inside, the MobiCam Outdoor Camera ($89) works with the Ultra Wireless Monitoring System Kelly first posted about back in June to keep Big Brother's eye on big brothers' hijinks.
Its infrared night-vision is handy for shorter winter days, and it's shielded against the elements, so it'd work especially well on those frigid mornings when the kids want to make snow angels but you just want to enjoy a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, it only sees as far and wide as its lens can capture, so as soon as Junior moves out of range, you're on your own.
