Okay, the nitpicker in me has to say something.  That hat is crocheted, not knit, and in my experience, alpaca is a touch itchy, and doesn't keep its shape terribly well.  It depends on the quality of the fibre, though.

You know, hats like this are dead easy to make yourself...
