Rockabye Baby! No Doubt Lullabies

I can't decide if this is brilliant or creepy. It may be a little of each. Rockabye Baby! makes CDs of contemporary rock and turns them into baby-friendly lullabies. The No Doubt disc, pictured above, includes Hey Baby (just about the most un-lullaby-ish song of which I can think) but is missing Hollaback Girl. Oh, right; that was Gwen Stefani as a solo artist. Pity.

They're $16.98 apiece from the manufacturer, if you dare.

These are great, our baby loves them. We have the Cure & Bob Marley. They are these fantastic soothing chimes in familiar songs. We download them off of Itunes, and plug in our Ipods into the dock in the baby's room. Great for bed time, and calming him. I love that I can sing along to the songs I know in a slower softer way.

We have the Pink Floyd one.  Someone got it for us as a joke, but it's actually fairly enjoyable, and way better than standard baby CDs.  I would love to hear the Bob Marley one!

Our baby also loves these as does my husband.  We have the Metallica and Nirvana CDs. Very baby and parent friendly.
