Crocs are SERIOUSLY some of the ugliest shoes ever invented. I wonder if that's why my kids adore them so?

With the new Pirates movie, my kids are all pirates, all the time.  Crocs are slip resistant, anti-microbial and lightweight - all things I look for in kids shoes.  These pirate Crocs ($34.99) would make them so happy. The fact that they are great for the beach, the pool and just for kicking around would make me so happy.  Hmm, I think I can smell a compromise coming my way.
